This document is a legal agreement between you, as individual licensee and India Stock Photos acting as the licensor hereunder and determines the terms and conditions under which you are required to use our stock photos downloaded from the site www.indiastockphoto.com. By purchasing a license and downloading any File, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
India Stock Photo reserves the right to make changes, additions, corrections and edits to this Agreement in separate parts or in whole at any time and you agree to be bound by such changes. Such changes are legitimate and effective from the moment of their publication. If, for whatever reason, you disagree with this Agreement and do not accept its terms, you may not enter the Site and use its resources.
General Terms of Use
In accordance with the terms and conditions herein, India Stock Photo grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use and modify the File an unlimited number of times in whole or in part in the creation of an item within the scope of permitted uses but does not entitle you to the File’s copyright and/or intellectual property rights. All copyright and/or other intellectual property rights to the File are reserved by India Stock Photo and/or the contributor of the File.
All Files on the Site may be purchased and downloaded under the Standard and/or Extended license. Follow these rules to choose the appropriate license:
The Website is protected by copyright, trademark and/or other protective rights and is subject to copyright law and other protective laws. India Stock Photo is the rightful owner or licensee of all rights to the Website.
India Stock Photo Image License Agreements
Standard License
Under standard license you have the option to:
Use our images for your website, blog or any social media pages with no restriction on the number of views.
You can use our images for email marketing, digital programs, broadcasting, or mobile advertising with an anticipated reach of not more than 500,000.
It grants you the right to reproduce the image up to 500,000 times in any media format, including packaging of products, digital documents, printed marketing materials and software.
Utilize our images to add value to your product or service, as long as the primary value of the product is not the image itself or solely reliable on the image and is not reproduced more than 500,000 times.
Share the unaltered image to staff and associates who have accepted the agreement of the licensing stipulations.
Under standard license you are restricted to:
The privilege to generate a profit through the sale or distribution of the image itself. Specifically, it is not permissible to monetize the image by itself, either in physical or digital form.
You will not be able to assert proprietorship of the photo. The copyright of the image will invariably remain with the photographer who created it.
Extended License
Under Extended license you have the option to:
Use our images for your website, blog or any social media pages with no restriction on the number of views.
You can use our images for email marketing, digital programs, broadcasting, or mobile advertising with no restrictions on the total reach.
It grants you the right to reproduce the image unlimited times in any media format, including packaging of products, digital documents, printed marketing materials and software.
Utilize our images to add value to your product or service, even if the primary value of the product is the image itself or solely reliable on the image and can be reproduced unlimited times without restrictions.
Share the unaltered image to staff and associates who have accepted the agreement of the licensing stipulations.
